Seeing the popularity of the games, Riot has finally announced that they are developing a mobile version of their League of Legends game, called League of Legends: Wild Rift and will be launching it soon. Tencent then proceeded to ask TiMi to develop a similar mobile game, which they succeeded at. Riot declined, stating that the game cannot be replicated on smartphones. Tencent initially reached out to Riot Games after acquiring them to develop a mobile version of their popular League of Legends game. A Wild Rift is coming League of Legends: Wild Rift will be a modified version of the PC game. Then there is Vainglory, which allows two teams of three to five players to go up against each other and capture bases and guard their own. You can also take a look at Heroes Evolved, which also is a 5v5 MOBA game, requiring you to devise strategies against the other team. Now that the game is not available to play in India, you can try out the Champions Legion game that is a 5v5 MOBA game, in which two teams compete against each other with 5 players each. We will have to wait to see if it will be making a comeback or not. The post Tencent’s TiMi Studios, the developer of Honor of Kings, Call of Duty Mobile, partners with Xbox. The government of India has banned Arena of Valor in the country. The government states that the ban has been implemented due to the app engaging in activities that are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity, defence and security of the nation. The game has been banned in the country under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act.

TiMi has expanded in the last year and now has over 3,000 employees working across Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Shanghai, China, as well as Los Angeles and Seattle in the U.S. On the other hand, one or more of TiMi’s already established mobile games could be making their way to the Xbox platform. A Halo mobile game is just one of many possibilities.
